ZDHC Gateway 2.0: What Changes Starting August 2026

ZDHC has announced the relaunch of its Gateway, the digital platform used by brands, suppliers, chemical formulators, and other stakeholders to manage and share information related to chemical compliance throughout the supply chain.

The new ZDHC Gateway 2.0 will be available starting August 18, 2026. The update will not only involve the technical infrastructure but will also introduce a more connected, scalable digital ecosystem oriented towards data quality, digital verification, interoperability, and more comprehensive reporting.

Dates to remember

From August 7 to 17, 2026 inclusive, the ZDHC Gateway will be completely offline. During this period, it will not be possible to access the platform, view data, upload documents, update products, or generate reports. Starting August 18, 2026, only the new ZDHC Gateway 2.0 will be available.

What will happen to existing data?

The data already uploaded will be securely migrated to the new system. Companies, products, and information present in the Gateway will remain saved and visible. It will therefore not be necessary to manually recreate profiles or re-upload products that have already been registered.

However, new credentials will need to be requested upon first access to the new platform.

How to prepare for the migration

ZDHC will hold webinars to explain how to use the new platform. Suppliers can already register for the dedicated session scheduled for July 23 at the following link: https://events.roadmaptozero.com/event/159/detail

Companies using the Gateway should plan ahead for the activities scheduled in August.

Before August 7, it is advisable to:

  • complete urgent uploads;
  • download the necessary reports;
  • check the validity of certificates;
  • verify account data and associated email addresses;
  • inform internal teams and involved suppliers.

Particular attention should be given to activities related to Performance InCheck, Verified InCheck, ChemCheck, and ClearStream.

The launch of Gateway 2.0 confirms the growing importance of complete, traceable, and verifiable data in the sustainable management of chemicals.

For brands and suppliers, the quality of information contained in chemical inventories and reports has become a central element in demonstrating compliance, transparency, and reliability throughout the value chain.
