  • Authorization from the Ministry of Agricultural, Food, and Forestry Policies, for the entire national territory, for the issuance of official analysis certificates for the wine and oil sectors.
  • Designated laboratory for conducting analyses of samples taken during organic farming controls pursuant to Art. 12 of Reg. (EC) No. 882 of 29/04/2004 and subsequent amendments and additions.
  • Laboratory recognized by the International Olive Council.
  • Chemical, chemical-analytical, and instrumental tests.
  • Sensory analysis.
  • Quality management systems, particularly auditors/leaders of Quality System audit groups.
  • Agro-food legislation.
  • Experience and support for the certification process of PDO and PGI.
  • Experience in presenting European, national, and regional projects.
  • Capability to provide teaching in university and dissemination contexts.
