Our Analytical laboratories offer a comprehensive and efficient consultancy and emissions control service. Emissions are a byproduct of artisanal and industrial production processes, consisting of particles (dust) and gases (organic compounds and carbon, etc.), which, along with civil emission sources (heating and traffic), contribute to atmospheric pollution in urban areas.
Our team will support you from the authorization process management phase, through the commissioning controls of authorized plants, and in subsequent autonomous controls as specified in the authorization, as well as in internal controls requested by the client company for their own quality control needs. We conduct sampling at emission points of chimneys, using both direct on-site measurements with portable instruments and sample collection using filters, vials, or other supports for in-depth analysis in our laboratory. Our laboratory analyses are dedicated to businesses operating in sectors with combustion, evaporation, chemical, or mechanical processes that result in particle emissions.

Authorization Processes
Industries must obtain prior authorization for atmospheric emissions from the competent authorities. This authorization may involve the installation of emission treatment plants, the establishment of a frequency for controls, and additional prescriptions to ensure compliance with maximum emission limits of released substances.
Analytical Sampling and Analysis
Analytical performs sampling in emission chimneys in accordance with regulations. Our analyses are conducted in our ACCREDIA accredited laboratory, where we analyze concentrations of solvents (VOC), acidic or alkaline compounds, metals in dust, PAHs, and other substances. We define analysis packages based on the client’s authorization needs, from plant controls to periodic checks, up to the renewal of the authorization.
