The round table discussion “The Story of the Invisible – Comparing Aromas and Scents” highlighted the role of aromas in the food sector. Experts in chemical analysis (gas chromatographers), aroma designers, and coffee experts discussed this topic. Our technical experts, Cristian Marinelli and Chiara Cherubini, emphasized Analytical’s commitment to testing and defining the qualitative parameters of extra virgin olive oil. Our participation in “Taste the Difference!” was also a moment to learn, share, and grow alongside producers and enthusiasts from various regions.
