We are proud to announce that we have obtained the ZDHC Wastewater Man-made Cellulosic Fibre (MMCF) certification, enabling us to conduct comprehensive quality analyses of wastewater discharges, air emissions, and chemical recovery processes for manufacturers of man-made cellulosic fibers. We are the first laboratory in Italy and one of the few in Europe, alongside Germany, to receive this recognition.
This new certification further enhances our already extensive portfolio of Environmental & Sustainability analysis services. Previously, we acquired certification for Wastewater & Sludge analysis, focusing on wastewater and sludge produced by the textile and tanning industries, from both direct and indirect discharge. By adding man-made cellulosic fibers to our scope, we significantly expand our environmental analysis capabilities and continue to support industries in their mission to reduce environmental impact.
The importance of these analyses is paramount in the current context, where the environmental impact of industrial activities is a central discussion point in sustainability. This new certification underscores our commitment to this cause. Globally, only 10 laboratories are certified for MMCF v.2.2 analyses.
