What the course is
The ZDHC Chemical Management Fundamentals Training is the reference training program for professionals working in chemical management across the production supply chain. Designed for participants of all levels, it provides the conceptual and practical tools needed to correctly implement the ZDHC program within their organization. It is the recognized prerequisite for access to advanced ZDHC courses and represents the ideal starting point for gaining solid, certified knowledge of the subject.

It is suitable both for those approaching the ZDHC program for the first time and for those looking to formalize and certify their existing expertise.
Program
The course is structured around three thematic areas:
ZDHC Supplier Roadmap to Zero (RtZ) Structure and rationale of the ZDHC program. Navigation and use of the RtZ digital tool. Progressive implementation within business processes.
Management of Restricted Substances Difference between MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List) and RSL (Restricted Substances List). Compliance obligations and practical application in the supply chain.
GHS and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Principles of the Globally Harmonized System. Reading and interpreting SDS. Document management and regulatory obligations.

Certification
Upon completion of the course and successful passing of the final test, the official ZDHC certificate is issued. Mandatory attendance at both sessions is an essential requirement for the certificate to be issued. The exam fee is included in the registration fee.
