Sono conosciuti come <strong data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"551\">&#8220;forever chemicals&#8221;<\/strong> perch\u00e9 non si degradano facilmente e possono contaminare acqua, suolo e catena alimentare.<\/p><p><strong data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"684\">Quali sono i rischi per la salute?<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Tossicit\u00e0 epatica e renale<\/li><li>Problemi endocrini e riproduttivi<\/li><li>Maggiore rischio di alcuni tipi di tumore<\/li><li>Bioaccumulo negli organismi viventi<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"989\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"989\">A causa della loro pericolosit\u00e0, <strong data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"986\">la California ha introdotto leggi severe per vietare e limitare l\u2019uso dei PFAS nei prodotti di consumo<\/strong>.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1061\"><strong data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1059\">Regolamentazione PFAS in California: panoramica delle normative<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1180\">La <strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1079\">California<\/strong> ha adottato leggi pi\u00f9 restrittive rispetto alla normativa federale sugli PFAS. Ecco le principali:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1238\"><strong data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1236\">PFAS negli imballaggi alimentari (AB 1200): <\/strong>gli imballaggi per alimenti, come contenitori in cartone, piatti monouso e sacchetti per fast food, non possono pi\u00f9 contenere PFAS aggiunti intenzionalmente. Entrata in vigore il 1\u00b0 gennaio 2023<\/li><li data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1662\"><strong data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1660\">PFAS nei prodotti per l\u2019infanzia (AB 652): <\/strong>la legge protegge i bambini dall\u2019esposizione ai PFAS in oggetti di uso quotidiano. Entrata in vigore il 1\u00b0 luglio 2023<\/li><li data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1662\"><strong data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2017\">PFAS nei tessuti e nell\u2019abbigliamento (AB 1817): <\/strong>divieto nei tessuti per abbigliamento, arredamento e accessori. Entrata in vigore il 1\u00b0 gennaio 2025.<\/li><li data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1662\"><strong data-start=\"2442\" data-end=\"2480\">Controllo e conformit\u00e0 (AB 347):<\/strong> meccanismi di enforcement per garantire il rispetto delle norme con registrazione obbligatoria per i produttori dal 1\u00b0 luglio 2029<\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"2719\" data-end=\"2768\"><strong data-start=\"2723\" data-end=\"2766\">Prodotti con PFAS Vietati in California<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2769\" data-end=\"2871\">Se la tua azienda produce o importa questi articoli, \u00e8
