QuPPe, acronimo di <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Quick Polar Pesticides<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, \u00e8 una procedura sviluppata specificamente per la determinazione di pesticidi polari difficilmente analizzabili con metodi tradizionali. Questa metodologia consente un&#8217;analisi accurata di composti quali glifosato e fosetyl alluminio e altre sostanze di natura polare che possono essere presenti negli alimenti di origine vegetale. L&#8217;utilizzo di tale metodo assicura una rilevazione efficace anche nei casi di residui complessi e di difficile identificazione.<\/span><span
