I provvedimenti definiscono linee guida settoriali per l\u2019attuazione del Sistema di Garanzia dei Prodotti Halal.<\/p><p>Le indicazioni interessano diverse categorie di prodotti e attivit\u00e0: cosmetici, medicinali di origine naturale e quasi-farmaci, integratori alimentari, prodotti geneticamente modificati, dispositivi medici e prodotti sanitari per uso domestico, beni di consumo, servizi di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande, servizi di vendita e attivit\u00e0 di macellazione.<\/p><h2><strong>Le categorie interessate<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le otto decisioni riguardano:<\/p><ul><li><strong>370\/2026:<\/strong> prodotti cosmetici;<\/li><li><strong>371\/2026:<\/strong> medicinali di origine naturale, prodotti quasi-farmaceutici e integratori alimentari;<\/li><li><strong>372\/2026:<\/strong> prodotti geneticamente modificati;<\/li><li><strong>373\/2026:<\/strong> dispositivi medici e prodotti sanitari per uso domestico;<\/li><li><strong>374\/2026:<\/strong> beni di consumo e prodotti di uso comune, tra cui abbigliamento, copricapi, accessori e articoli per la casa;<\/li><li><strong>375\/2026:<\/strong> servizi di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande;<\/li><li><strong>376\/2026:<\/strong> servizi di vendita;<\/li><li><strong>377\/2026:<\/strong> attivit\u00e0 di macellazione degli animali.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le indicazioni si applicano in funzione della categoria interessata. Per le aziende, quindi, il primo passaggio consiste nell\u2019identificare la linea guida pertinente ai propri prodotti o servizi e verificare come si inserisce nel percorso di conformit\u00e0 Halal.<\/p><h2><strong>Cosa dovrebbero verificare le aziende<\/strong><\/h2><p>La valutazione non riguarda soltanto il prodotto finito. Per prepararsi, \u00e8 utile esaminare i materiali impiegati e le fasi della filiera che possono influire sulla conformit\u00e0.<\/p><p>In particolare, \u00e8 opportuno verificare l\u2019origine e la composizione di materie prime e ingredienti, prestando attenzione ai materiali di origine animale e alle sostanze per le quali possono essere necessarie evidenze specifiche.<\/p><p>Vanno inoltre esaminati i processi di fabbricazione, trasformazione e confezionamento, per individuare possibili criticit\u00e0 e valutare le misure adottate per prevenire contaminazioni crociate con materiali non Halal. La verifica dovrebbe includere anche i sistemi di tracciabilit\u00e0 e controllo di fornitori, materiali, prodotti intermedi e prodotti finiti.<\/p><p>Infine, le aziende dovrebbero controllare che documentazione, specifiche tecniche, registrazioni e procedure interne siano coerenti con i requisiti applicabili e adeguatamente supportate dalle informazioni raccolte lungo la supply chain.<\/p><h2><strong>Tempistiche: attenzione agli aggiornamenti<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le Decisioni BPJPH sono state adottate il <strong>12 ottobre 2026<\/strong>. Le tempistiche dell\u2019obbligo di certificazione, tuttavia, vanno considerate separatamente e possono variare in base alla categoria di prodotto.<\/p><p>Il <strong>16 ottobre 2026<\/strong>, il governo indonesiano ha annunciato l\u2019estensione al <strong>17 ottobre 2028<\/strong> del periodo transitorio per alcune categorie, tra cui cosmetici, prodotti geneticamente modificati e determinati beni di consumo. L\u2019annuncio ha indicato che la modifica sarebbe stata attuata attraverso un aggiornamento normativo. Prima di pianificare le attivit\u00e0 di adeguamento, \u00e8 quindi importante verificare le disposizioni definitive e il calendario applicabile alla specifica categoria di prodotto.<\/p><h2><strong>Impatti per chi esporta in Indonesia<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le nuove linee guida sono rilevanti anche per le aziende estere che producono o commercializzano beni destinati al mercato indonesiano. La valutazione dovrebbe considerare non solo i requisiti applicati nello stabilimento produttivo, ma anche la disponibilit\u00e0 e la coerenza delle informazioni sui materiali, sui fornitori e sui processi coinvolti.<\/p><p>Anche le aziende gi\u00e0 in possesso di certificazioni Halal dovrebbero confrontare il proprio sistema documentale e operativo con le indicazioni pertinenti, per individuare eventuali aspetti da approfondire o aggiornare.
