class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6><strong>Il Governo indonesiano ha emanato ufficialmente il Regolamento Governativo n. 40 del 2026, che modifica il Regolamento n. 42\/2024 relativo alla Garanzia dei Prodotti Halal.<\/strong><\/h6><p><strong>In vigore dal 14 ottobre 2026<\/strong>, il nuovo regolamento introduce importanti aggiornamenti alle tempistiche previste per la certificazione Halal obbligatoria.<\/p><h5><strong>Le principali novit\u00e0<\/strong><\/h5><h6><strong>PROROGA DELLE SCADENZE<\/strong><\/h6><p>Il periodo transitorio per le categorie individuate dall\u2019<strong>articolo 161, comma 1, lettere a), d), e), f) e g)<\/strong> \u00e8 stato esteso fino al <strong>17 ottobre 2028<\/strong>.<\/p><p>La proroga riguarda medicinali naturali e quasi-farmaceutici, integratori, <strong>cosmetici<\/strong>, prodotti chimici e geneticamente modificati, <strong>abbigliamento, copricapi e accessori<\/strong>, ulteriori categorie di beni di consumo e dispositivi medici di classe di rischio A.<\/p><p><strong>IMPORTAZIONI DEL SETTORE ALIMENTARE<\/strong><\/p><p>La certificazione Halal obbligatoria per alimenti, bevande, prodotti e servizi di macellazione provenienti dall\u2019estero entrer\u00e0 in vigore il <strong>18 ottobre 2028<\/strong>, tenendo conto degli accordi di riconoscimento reciproco dei certificati Halal.<\/p><p><strong>MICRO E PICCOLE IMPRESE INDONESIANE<\/strong><\/p><p>Anche per le micro e piccole imprese indonesiane, il periodo transitorio relativo ad alimenti, bevande, prodotti e servizi di macellazione \u00e8 stato esteso fino al <strong>17 ottobre 2028<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>VERIFICA DEI PRODOTTI HALAL ESTERI\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Il nuovo regolamento abroga le disposizioni specifiche relative alla verifica della conformit\u00e0 dei prodotti Halal esteri in ingresso in Indonesia.<\/p><p><strong>OBBLIGHI GIA&#8217; IN VIGORE<br \/><\/strong>Restano invariati i requisiti gi\u00e0 applicabili alle medie e grandi imprese indonesiane del settore alimentare.<\/p><h5><strong>Cosa cambia per le aziende?<\/strong><\/h5><p>Le nuove tempistiche offrono alle imprese e agli
