Per questo l&#8217;elenco delle sostanze regolamentate viene aggiornato periodicamente, e per le imprese che operano su prodotti, materie prime o filiere produttive tenerlo sotto controllo \u00e8 un requisito di conformit\u00e0, non solo una buona pratica.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h5><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il nuovo Regolamento<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il <strong>10 settembre 2026<\/strong> \u00e8 stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale dell&#8217;Unione Europea il Regolamento Delegato (UE) 2026\/1423, che <strong>modifica il Regolamento (UE) 2019\/1021 per includere il clorpirifos nella lista delle sostanze regolamentate.<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h5><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cosa cambia<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il <em><strong>clorpirifos<\/strong> <\/em>(CAS 2921-88-2, EC 220-864-4) entra a far parte dell&#8217;Allegato I, Parte A del Regolamento POPs, senza deroghe specifiche. <\/span><\/p><p>Questo perch\u00e9 la sostanza non \u00e8 gi\u00e0 approvata come principio attivo n\u00e9 nei prodotti fitosanitari n\u00e9 nei biocidi ai sensi della normativa europea vigente.<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il Regolamento fissa inoltre un limite per la presenza accidentale del clorpirifos come contaminante in tracce: <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">0,01 mg\/kg (0,000001% in peso)<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> in sostanze, miscele e articoli. Oltre questa soglia, si applicano le restrizioni previste dall&#8217;articolo 3, paragrafo 1, del Regolamento POPs.<\/span><span monitorare.<\/span><\/p><p>Verificare la presenza di clorpirifos nei propri prodotti, anche come contaminante non intenzionale, diventa un passaggio necessario per garantire il rispetto del nuovo
