Presso il nostro Laboratorio opera il Comitato di assaggio professionale dell\u2019Associazione Italiana Frantoiani Oleari, riconosciuto dal Ministero delle Politiche Agricole, per la valutazione organolettica del prodotto. I panel di assaggio possono certificare la qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019olio, indicandone i pregi e i difetti, e attribuire l\u2019esatta classificazione merceologica (extravergine \u2013 vergine \u2013
