La normativa attua la direttiva (UE) 2020\/2184 e mira a tutelare la salute umana dai pericoli derivanti dalla contaminazione delle acque destinate al consumo. Include aspetti come la valutazione e gestione dei rischi per le acque potabili, stabilisce requisiti per la qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019acqua e introduce misure per garantire la sicurezza e l\u2019accesso all\u2019acqua potabile. Il decreto si applica a tutte le acque destinate al consumo umano, escludendo specifiche categorie come le acque minerali naturali riconosciute e le acque considerate
